Aerial Silks (also known as aerial fabric or tissue) is the exciting new art form most notably seen in the circus, combining the beauty of dance with the adrenaline of flight. Dance in the air with aerial silks - 2 pieces of hanging fabric. Suspended by locking your feet into the cloth, it is safe and secure. It’s amazing for core strength, therefore helping with lower back problems and compression. These classes are perfect if want to get fit and have a great time doing it!

Due to height restrictions in our studio, The Pole Project only offers private classes for BEGINNER aerial silks.

Aerial Lyra, or Aerial Hoop is an amazing workout for those with upper body strength who are looking for something new and exciting to learn. Besides getting strong and fit, you will learn graceful moves in and around the hoop, increasing your flexibility. After grasping the fundamentals, you will learn to flip, turn, roll, pose, and transition between positions. It is an amazing workout.
