WHY FLEXIBILITY TRAINING?
Stretching exercises are beneficial and necessary for everyone, regardless of age or degree of flexibility. Flexibility greatly improves performances in any sport, everyday activities, and lessens the chance of injury. Stretching exercises are also effective in reducing mental stress, relaxing muscles and helping one achieve a sense of balance and well being.

BEGINNER FLEX & BEND CLASSES
This class is for people who are starting to work on their flexibility training. In this class we will start to build on your strength and range of mobility. You will learn the proper and safe techniques to enhance your flexibility and take it to the next level, using active and static stretches.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED FLEX & BEND CLASSES
This class is for people who have been working on their flexibility training and want to advance into deeper stretching and contortion exercises. We also work on flexy acrobatic tricks such as handstands, forearm/elbow stands, chest stands and needle scale training.
